New Year, New Mindset

New Year, New Mindset! Resolutions are hard to keep. I won’t even bother with that, not that there is anything wrong with setting goals. A new year, new resolutions seem fake to me. What I can do is control how I see certain situations. You can either see students as failing. Or view their accomplishments, however small, as progress. It is all in your MINDSET.
